At Express, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for most items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
